Playing our games
When you download, access and/or play our games or use our other Services, we collect information about you. Most of this data comes directly from you or your device, such as device information, country and region, and game play information. We use this data to provide our games and Services to you, including for the purposes of optimisation, preventing fraud, customising in-game offers and verifying purchases. Where we record your preferences as permitting us to do so, (see further below on how to change your preferences) we and our third-party partners use information collected about you to send you marketing communications about other Flipped Technolog games and related Services based on your interests. Advertising
Our games will include advertising for third party products and services.
Flipped Technolog and our advertising partners collect and use information about you to improve advertising, targeting and measurement systems so that we can show you relevant third party ads in our games.
Flipped Technolog participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework and complies with its Specifications and Policies. Flipped Technolog uses the Consent Management Platform (CMP) with the identification number 28.
Where applicable, we use a CMP to gather consent and permissions for our advertising based activity. Where local laws allow, we will opt you into interest-based advertising by default. You can change your preferences at any time in the setting pages of our games.

0. Photo Upload and Face Data Policy
• What face data is your app collecting?
We do not collect any face data. After we receive the user’s photo, then the program analyzes facial features and generate processed photos to the user. All user photos will be deleted after analysis, no data will be saved.

We do not save or collect any information. When the photo is uploaded to the server, we use smart algorithm to capture position and shape of the five sense organs in the photos, analyze the facial features information, and feedback processed photos to users. 1. Information We Collects and Purposes of Collection
Information You submit
(1)Camera and Photos. In order to use some features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device.
(2)Facial Features Information. When you use the face recognition function, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to your camera and album to obtain your facial photo in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and album. We will then use the sdk provided by third parties to analyze the facial features data in the photos, and process the photos, feedback the effect drawing to you. Such effect drawing will not contain any personal identifiable information. For such data, photo and effect drawing, we will neither store nor share them with any third parties.
The purpose of processing such information is only to operate the face recognition functions of the App (including but not limited to Baby Prediction).
(3)Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may collect your email address, and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support.

(1)Technical Information. We may use API provided by IOS to collect certain technical information regarding your device, and your use of the Software and Services , including the type, name and version of operating system : (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii)ISP (Internet Service Provider) , Internet protocol (IP) address, Media Access Control (MAC) address,anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers; (iii)Advertising ID; (iv) location; (v) Apple ID.
(2)Usage Information. We may use API provided by IOS to collect certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services, such as when and how you use the Software and Services, how you use your internet browser and internet search related applications, the web pages you visit and the content you see, access and utilize on such web pages; for example, offerings and advertisements that you view, use and access, how you use them and your response to them, how frequently you use them, your search queries and the time and date of your searches.
(3)Social Networks. We may use API provided by IOS to collect your interactions on social networks through the Software and Services.
(4)Payment data. We may use API provided by Apple Store to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies (such as Apple). Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
The purposes of the information that is processed automatically are:(1) to operate and update the Software and the Services, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features; (2) to improve and customize the Software and the Services; (3) to maintain, test, monitor and improve the quality and operation of the Software.
